As breathing improves or attacks become less frequent, reduce dosage to 5 droppers in the morning only. Extra dosage can be taken during attacks. Should not be combined with any oral asthma medication. Do not take if you have high blood pressure.

Bladder Infection

  • Dianthus 2/3
  • Rehmannia & Bamboo 1/3

Great to have on hand if you are prone to bladder infections. The herbs have an antibacterial effect without leading to yeast infections. For acute symptoms such as:

  • Burning pain
  • Urgent and frequent need to urinate, but difficult, scanty and painful

Initial dose of 6 droppers, 4 times per day until symptoms resolve, then lower the dose to 4 droppers 2 times per day for an additional 3-4 days. (If loose stool or diarrhea occurs, discontinue the herbs). If symptoms persist after 3 days of herbs, or blood appears in the urine, call your doctor! One dose of 6 droppers can be taken instead of the commonly prescribed antibiotic Macrodantin, immediately after sex.

Breasts, Fibrocystic or Painful

  • Shu Kan, Huang Lian Wen Dan Tang (Coptis & Pinellia) or Healthy Breast Formula

Insomnia

  • Slumber

Whether difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakening or restless tossing and turning, this formula helps to re-establish a healthy sleep pattern. The formula must be taken every night for 30 days, regardless of how sleepy you feel. Gradually your sleep pattern is deepened. For long-standing insomnia relief a noticable effect may not occur for 3 weeks, and use of the formula is often necessary for 3 months before good sleep can be maintained without the herbs.

Since sleep is a pattern, once established it will remain unless you change time zones or have disrupted sleep for several consecutive nights. Should this occur, using the formula again for a period of 3 weeks will usually re-establish your normal pattern.

For mild or occasional insomnia relief may be obtained more quickly, and formula may be taken as needed.
